Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us at Steep Society. Because our teas are consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has shipped — for health and food-safety reasons. That said, we stand behind every order.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or your package doesn't arrive, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Reach us through our Contact page or by email at support@steep-society.com — please include your order number, and a quick photo for damaged items.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, teas and other consumables cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
