About This

  • One of the world’s most famous high fragrant black teas, very pleasing floral, the true Keemun fragrance that hardly be found somewhere else.
  • Early spring 2021 harvest from the true origin, the core producing areas of Likou, Keemun county, Anhui province, China
  • Taste: Very floral, caramel, creamy, well-rounded, with fruity sweet notes of plum, cherry and underlying notes of wildflowers and rich yams.
  • Varietal: Our tea uses the local varietal Chu Ye Zhong, which is indigenous to Qimen county since Qing dynasty. Keemun gongfu black tea is the tea that is still used today in the blending of English Breakfast black tea.
