• You can use a Zisha teapot or a gaiwan for brewing. Add 6 grams of tea, with a tea to water ratio of 1:20. First steeping: Use 95°C(203℉) boiling water (rinse the tea for 5 seconds, then pour it out. This step is mainly to stimulate the aroma and taste of the tea leaves, while washing away the dust.)Second steeping: Use 100°C(212℉) boiling water (formal brewing, steep for 10 seconds). For subsequent steepings, increase the steeping time by 5 seconds each, and after the eighth steeping, use a longer steeping time
