Whole Roasted Tartary Buckwheat - One ingredient: roasted Himalayan Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum), a hardy seed.

The kernels are whole, so they soften in the cup but do not dissolve.

Strain them out or sip around them.

Grown and Packed in Mongolia - Single-origin buckwheat from Khentii Province, the region known as the birthplace of Genghis Khan.

Small Brand, Real Roots - Launched in 2013 by two childhood friends in Mongolia, Amu Nutrition also began growing its own raw ingredients there.

Preparation & Use

Easy to Brew, Hot or Iced - Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to a cup of hot water, steep for 3 to 4 minutes, then strain.
