Place 1 XL bag per quart of cold water. Steep 6-8 hours in refrigerator or overnight.

Hot Brew & Chill
Steep 1 XL bag in 8 fl oz of 195°F (90°C) water for 4-5 minutes. Pour over ice to chill rapidly.

Use 8-10 bags per gallon of hot water, steep 5 minutes, strain, cool, and refrigerate.
